Sherman Chevrolet has served the North Texas community from their location on East Lamberth Road in Sherman, TX for years, offering new and pre-owned vehicle sales alongside a full certified service department. As the dealership continues to invest in its service capabilities, they turned to The Charles Morgan Group to take an existing building on the property and convert it into a dedicated quick lube facility that meets the latest Chevrolet brand standards.
The Scope of Work
This is not a cosmetic refresh. The project is a total repurposing of an aging structure that requires significant intervention across every major system. The scope includes a complete exterior refinishing to bring the building in line with current Chevrolet imaging requirements, a full interior overhaul covering the working service bays, customer waiting area, and office spaces, and critical site work to correct sloped grades around the parking lot and bay entry lanes. Each of these elements demands careful coordination and sequencing to deliver a finished facility that functions as well as it looks.
