Construction: We have been the
General Contractor on a wide range of light commercial construction projects as
indicated by our client list. General
Contracting is our primary business, and our other services tend to enhance this
function. We have functioned
effectively in competitive bid, negotiated price, and “cost plus” pricing
contract arrangements.

Re-Model
& Re-Image: We strive to
provide our clients with the least obtrusive and invasive schedule to achieve
their desired goals. We work flexible hours and provide the least amount of down
time necessary to complete the project. We have been known to work from “the
wave of a hand” and pencil sketches on the wall.

Millwork
Fabrication: We are licensed fabricators and
installers of most of the major brands of solid surface materials.
We have a well equipped 6,000 square foot shop and full-time experienced
personnel to handle most high end millwork fabrication.
(4) Construction Management/Consulting: We have worked as consulting project managers on projects in excess of $1.5 million and have performed “value engineering” studies for several of major restaurant companies as well as for some of the leading architectural firms who specialize in restaurants. This service includes detailed construction cost estimates and review of construction documents for conflict or error, as well as recommendations concerning material selection and construction methods for economy and life cycle enhancement.
Additionally,
architects have used our services for review, critique and cost evaluations of
prototype drawings.
